Follow these steps to register and subscribe to AI VIVA, your conversational artificial intelligence, from any device or via the web:

1. Download or Initial Access
a) From your mobile or tablet:
iOS: Search and download “AI VIVA” from the App Store.
Android: Search and download “AI VIVA” from Google Play.
Install the app and open it on your device.
Click on “Register” if it’s your first time, or “Log in” if you already have an account.
To register: Enter a Username, a valid Email address, and create a secure Password.
b) From your computer or tablet (Web):
Go to the official page: https://ai-viva.ai
Click on “Register” if it’s your first time, or “Log in” if you already have an account.
To register:
In the “Choose your plan” section, click the “Order” button.
You’ll be taken to the “Log In” section — click “Log in” or “Sign in”.
On your first visit, click “Register here”, enter a valid Email address, create a secure Password, and click “Register”.
Confirm your registration by following the instructions sent to your email (if verification is required).
For future logins, just enter your Email and Password, then click “Log in”.
2. Access and Initial Exploration
Once registered, log in with your username and password.
You can now explore the app and try out some limited features without a subscription.
3. Access the Subscriptions Section
From the main menu, locate the section “Subscription Plans”.
Review the three available plans:
Free Plan: Limited access to basic features.
Standard Plan: €14.99/month, includes enhanced features.
Advanced User Plan: €29.99/month, full access to advanced features.
4. Subscribing by Platform
a) From the App (iOS or Android):
Select your desired plan.
Follow the instructions in the relevant store (App Store or Google Play) to confirm your subscription.
Payment and renewal will be handled by the store.You will receive a confirmation email and see activation within the app.
b) From the Web (ai-viva.ai):
Select a subscription plan from your user dashboard and click “Subscribe”.
Choose your payment method:
Bank card (secure BBVA Redsys gateway).
Bizum.
Complete the process by following the steps displayed on screen.
You will receive instant and email confirmation.
5. Enjoy and Manage Your Subscriptions
After activating your subscription, you’ll have immediate access to the features of the selected plan on all your linked devices.
You can manage or cancel your subscription:
From the app: Subscription/Settings menu.
From the web: User panel, “Manage subscription” option.
6. Cancellation and Duration
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you’ll continue enjoying the Standard or Advanced Plan until the end of the current billing period.
Once that period ends, your account will automatically switch back to the Free Plan.
7. Support and Security
All payments are processed using the highest security standards (BBVA Redsys and Bizum).
Minimum age: Remember, AI VIVA is intended for users over 18 years old.
Your personal and payment data are protected in accordance with the GDPR.
