To get started, simply type or speak (microphone) your message into the app’s dialogue box and press “Send.” The AI will respond immediately, and you can have a smooth conversation—whether it’s to solve doubts, do research, ask questions on any topic, get emotional support, or just chat.

What kind of topics can I discuss with the AI?
You can talk about almost any topic: emotions, advice, everyday doubts, curiosities, or ask for help solving problems. However, the AI has limits and cannot respond to illegal, dangerous, or privacy-violating topics.

The app isn’t responding or is frozen—what should I do?
If the app stops responding, try closing and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you have an internet connection. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our technical support team at soporte@ai-viva.ai

I can’t log in—how can I fix this?

Can I delete my conversation history?
Absolutely. You can delete your conversation history by going to Settings > Configuration > Assistants > tap the three dots > Delete.

Can I delete individual messages from the chat whenever I want?
You can also delete individual messages (both questions and answers) by tapping on them, which will bring up an option to delete.
The process is immediate and permanent.
