By purchasing a monthly subscription to access our online service, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

Nature of the Subscription

The monthly subscription grants access to the service during the contracted period (one month) and is automatically renewed at the end of each cycle unless the user cancels the renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be processed through BBVA’s payment gateway upon confirming the purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time of the current month after cancellation, but you will still have access to the service until the paid period ends.

Refund Requests

Payments made for the monthly subscription are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases where a technical error attributable to the service or an incorrect charge has occurred. In such cases, the user must contact our support team to evaluate the situation and arrange the appropriate refund.

Free Trials and Offers

If a free trial period is offered, no charges will be made until the trial ends and the paid subscription begins. If you are offered and choose to use our free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription to this service. Once payment begins, the above terms apply.
